Douglas S. MacKay, CFA 
Doug is the founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Investment Officer of Broadleaf Partners, LLC.  He is responsible for setting the overall investment strategy at Broadleaf and is the primary portfolio manager of the Broadleaf Growth Equity Portfolio.  Doug has over 17 years of investment experience.  He is a graduate of Miami University and holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.

Jeff is the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Research for Broadleaf Partners, LLC.  He is responsible for the research strategy and is a portfolio manager for the Broadleaf Growth Equity Portfolio.  Jeff has over 11 years of investment experience.  He is a graduate of Denison University and holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
